Outing Policies
Here at Elmridge we strive to make every outing a success. The following rules and conditions apply to all events of 36 players or more. Please feel free to contact our pro shop if you have any questions regarding our policies.
1. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required from your group within 2 weeks of your booking date. The amount of deposit will be equal to $5.00 per the number of players you book for. Once again this deposit is non-refundable and should your group cancel for any reason your deposit will be forfeited. We will make every attempt to re-schedule your group if the original date Is not possible. You will not forfeit your deposit if you re-schedule your event within the same calendar year.
2. WEEKEND OUTINGS must be tee time starts only. Shotgun starts are not allowed.
(This rule may be waived, at our discretion, prior to May 15th and after October 15th.)
3. On
Monday through Thursday, outings using tee time starts must have their last
group off the first tee by 1:30 p.m.
4. A FINAL COUNT of the number of people in your group both for the golf outing
and for any food and beverage reservations must be confirmed a minimum of seven
days prior to the scheduled date of the outing. This will be the minimum number
of participants the outing will be allowed to pay for on the day of the outing
(regardless of how many actually show up), and also the maximum number of
players which Elmridge Golf Course will guarantee space for.
5. A LIST OF PLAYERS should be given to the Golf Professional one week prior to
the golf outing. On the day of the outing, the Outing Chairperson should arrive
1 hour before the scheduled starting time to register players and to ensure that
all his or her needs are met.
6. On the
day of the outing full PAYMENT is required. Payment must be made BEFORE the
start of the outing. Acceptable means of payment are cash, bank check, money
order or Credit cards.
7. INCLEMENT WEATHER. If play is not possible on the date you reserved due to
inclement weather, every effort will be made to re-schedule your event. If play
is interrupted due to the course becoming unplayable, we will attempt to resume
play after a reasonable delay. If the resumption of play is not feasible, 9-hole
refunds (50% of greens fee + cart) will be provided. The management reserves
sole rights to determine the playability of the golf course.
8. Elmridge Golf Course retains all concession rights for food, beverages, and equipment.
